A 50% deposit will reserve your child's place. Your child’s place will be fully secured when full payment is received. Full payment must be received no later than 1 week prior to camp, workshop or 1st day of class. Payments can be made by: Check, Money Order, Paypal ( or Venmo (Jim-Cottingham). Checks are to be made payable to: Soli Deo Arts and may be sent to 708 S Broadway, Pitman, NJ 08071
Refund Policy
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or email to Soli Deo Arts by stated deadlines. Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification. Up to 7 days prior to camps, workshops or the first class: Full refund, minus a $10 processing fee. 2 to 6 days prior to the camp, workshop or until the day of the 1st class: 75% refund. After 1st class, but before 2nd class: 50% refund. No refunds will be made thereafter. If Soli Deo Arts cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
